Foundations are laid with 3 to 5 4x4 pressure treated skids.

Pressure treated 2x4 floor joists on 16" centers overlaid with 5/8" exterior plywood. Joists on 12" or 8" centers with double 5/8" or 3/4" PT plywood are optional.
We use 1/2" Duratemp T1-11 wood siding. All sheds are painted with two coats of acrylic latex paint.
Sidewalls are framed with 2x4's spaced 16" on center. Standard 6ft door(s) if building size permits.
The roof trusses are overlaid with 1/2" roof decking and shingled with 25 Year asphalt shingles.

These attractively designed buildings are of quality construction, will not rust, dent, chip or peel, and are strong enough to accommodate heavy powerful lawn and garden tractors and attachments. The sturdy plywood floor is 7" from ground level, minimizing any tendency to draw dampness or rust to stored equipment. The pressure treated foundation runners will not rot, and facilitate moving the shed, if necessary. The buildings are ideal for storage of lawn furniture, garden tools, bicycles and motorcycles. The larger structures maybe used as a garage or could serve as a handy man’s work shop. Because of our standard home-style construction, the buildings “fit” with the finest of residences, and will easily withstand the heaviest snow falls.
